MUST:
Must have 4 plus years of experience as a Licensed Practice Nurse
Strong administrative support background
Processing prescription refills
Obtaining pre-authorizations
Licensed in the district of Columbia
Administering injections and obtaining vitals
Assisting with exams and procedures
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES:
The duties of the Licensed Practical Nurse include but are not limited to the following:
Process prescription refills and handle patient medication management
Obtain prior authorizations for procedures and medications
Provide patient education
Administer vaccines
Perform EKGs, BPs and UAs.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Provide patient education
