About Quadrant Strategies

Quadrant Strategies is a research-driven consultancy that works with Fortune 100 companies on their biggest reputational and business challenges, often in highly sensitive and high stakes situations. We were founded on a very clear principle: clients facing critical challenges need strategic advice, not just data, to make the right decisions. We use market research and public opinion polling to advise top executives on communications and brand strategy to grow revenue, reclaim market share, advance their public policy interests and navigate through some of the world’s highest profile corporate crises.

Expertise with using digital listening tools to study online conversations is at the core of this function as is experience with digital marketing and communications.

  • Responds to all deliverable-specific client feedback (e.g. questions, edits, clarifications).
  • Leads training sessions for both internal digital (e.g. query creation, tool usage, writing style) and firm-wide (e.g. meet digital) purposes.
  • Maintains a complete, detailed understanding of all digital tools used by the team – especially advanced features (e.g. audience list building, data uploads, model training, etc.).
  • Gathers and analyzes data beyond core research platforms, leveraging direct scraping, Excel/Sheets-based statistical analysis, manual data pulls, and more.
  • Produces impactful and well-designed charts, slides, and data visualizations to communicate key ideas using listening, productivity, and BI tools.
  • Delivers near-final deliverables (e.g. memos, emails, presentations, etc.) for VP review.
  • Directly manages and develops a team of Associates and Senior Associates (typically 1-3 staff members), including training and mentoring new hires, managing bandwidth, providing constructive feedback, and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Participates in the management and operations of the team, including developing and managing vendor relationships, determining staffing levels, creating new products, and assisting with business development.
