Overview

Quadax is seeking a creative industry expert possessing hands-on experience in Patient Access Management within in a hospital setting. Interested candidates need to be self-starters, eager to interact with our clients implementing and supporting Patient Access, one of the newest additions to Quadax’s suite of products. This is a hybrid role. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of the Patient Access Management products to include the readiness phase, implementation phase, and rollout phase.
• Lead product implementation effort to coordinate all deliverables necessary for product build and configuration.
• Ability to perform analysis of payer contracts as needed to help implement Patient Access Management products.
• Test functionality for accuracy of patient financial responsibility estimates.
• Train administrative and end-users on the functionality of the Patient Access Management products.
• Collaborate with Quadax Service and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition to the Quadax service model after implementation is complete.
• Maintain relations with Quadax’s clients post-implementation, verifying client satisfaction with the Patient Access products.
• Provide support for products.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience in a hospital Patient Access setting, or equivalent experience servicing Patient Access solutions.
• Fundamental knowledge of payer contracting and reimbursement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of CDM/Chargemaster data.
• Familiarity with a variety of EHR systems.
• Problem solving skills; the ability to analyze a problem and provide creative solutions.
• Tenacious attention to detail.
• Collaborative worker with the ability to seamlessly manage change.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to present within internal meetings, sales demonstrations, or group settings.
• Strong work ethic.
• Possess technical fundamentals needed to act as an implementer for a complex solution like Patient Access Management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with commensurate hands-on experience.
