Overview

Present new employees with core and functional training. Train employees on new and updated processes. Create and maintain all training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide foundation training to new hires at both management and production levels using various media in a classroom setting.
• Develop and update existing training material to align with the current client workflow.
• Provide supplemental training to existing staff members.
• Interact in person and via internet with various levels of the company from production to management personnel.
• Participate as a team member for planning and implementing new programs.
• Prepare evaluations for each trainee.
• Empower and equip individuals with the knowledge, tools, and resources that are essential for success with the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in training and development

• College degree or 2-5 years’ work experience in medical billing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Absolute discretion with issues of confidentiality; ability to maintain confidentiality
• Detail oriented with a strong proficiency in moderating groups
• Must be a team player
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience in medical billing, preferably a current Quadax employee
• Schedule flexibility to contribute additional work hours based on workload and project deadlines. 

Desired Skills

• Experience in medical billing, preferably a current Quadax employee
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, GoToMeeting, Outlook and Internet feature knowledge.
