Responsibility:
To process new facility applications and assist the facility in achieving their initial accreditation. Process current facility materials to maintain their accreditation. Provide customer service in answering questions and providing guidance with accuracy and efficiency.
Full-Time Hourly position 8 am – 4:30 pm
Working in office 2-3 days per week, remote the remainder of the week.
Expected travel: Infrequent
Reporting Relationship:
Directly reports to the Accreditation Manager

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access database software required. Excellent telephone manner. Ability to keep work focused in a busy environment and work well within a team environment.
