Qualifications: Masters DegreeClinical/Public School Experience Licensed as BCBA/LABAAble to write FBAsResponsibilities: The Quaboag Regional School District is seeking a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) who is knowledgeable and experienced to support our students with various disabilities at Warren Community Elementary School/PreSchool. This position will require conducting Functional Behavioral Assessment and behavior Intervention Plans, consulting and training staff with implementation, taking data, sharing data, analyzing and identifying trends to reshape, extinguish, or replace behavior. Teach staff with DTT (Discrete Trial Teaching) methodology.Additional Responsibilities Include: Working collaboratively with administration, teaching staff, and families to support children with behavioral needsOversight of student behavior plans, including regular consultation with a student's team membersConducting assessments, writing IEP goals, attending IEP meetings, write progress reportsOngoing data collection and training of staff to track data on studentsDevelop fading plansPresentation of data showing progress on identified areas of need per student's Behavior Support PlansOther responsibilities as determined by the Director of Student Support Services
