Job Title: Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: Contract

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of functional experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and a minimum of 5 years of total work experience
• Proficient in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of planning solutions
• Thorough knowledge of all Adaptive components, such as Modeling, Integrations, Access Rules, and Reporting
• Ability to implement integrated Workforce Planning solutions with Workday HCM
• Responsible for creating and updating technical documentation
• Analyze, test, and communicate the impact of product feature releases
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between users and Workday support
• Preferred experience in scripting Custom Cloud Data Sources (CCDS) and Custom Cloud Loaders (CCL)o Bonus points for experience with Tableau, Multi-Instance structures, Adaptive APIs
