Job Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Full Time
Job Qualifications:
- 5 years of Change Management experience required
- Change management certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.
- Previous experience with large consulting firms recommended.
- Previous experience working within Ally recommended.
- Solid oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership required.
- Strong L&D experience, and an understanding of how to move people through change and the change process, change management principles, methodologies & tools recommended.
- Strong ability to establish and build strong relationship to navigate within and across teams.
- Experience in technical writing preferred.
- Strong collaboration, negotiation and problem resolution skills preferred.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills recommended.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to make executive level presentations required.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes recommended.
