Position Title : Maintenance Technician
Wage : $24.30 / hour with 7.5% shift differential
Shift : 3rd
Hours : 10 : 45pm-6 : 45am Mandatory Overtime Saturdays (Friday Night)
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Wentzville, MO. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Maintain equipment to maximize production and meet customer requirements
- Ensure all preventative maintenance tasks are performed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide input on utility position while ensuring accurate builds of robotic spray guns and ensuring proper operation of spray booth equipment
- Work with spray booth operators on gun troubleshooting to reduce the amount of unnecessary gun changes in the facilities
- Provide input towards cost saving ideas to streamline the processes and reduce down time
- Assist the project development team with facility planning and expansions as needed
- Assist the Health and Safety team with proper training of and maintenance on all safety elements of equipment and tools used on the job
Maintenance Technician Requirements :
Experience working in maintenance in a manufacturing or production environment
