Wage: $18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm
QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity for a Fabricator position at a company in Palmyra, MO. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.
Fabricator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans
- Fabricate Metal Objects by laying out, cutting, and fitting, measuring, and welding metals to create the desired shape or object.
- Constantly inspect and test welds and equipment for durability.
- Perform detailed quality checks to ensure that it meets all standards and requirements. Document work and results and keep records or labor and materials used.
- Use a variety of tools to work with metal. Operate cutting saws to cut various metals, and weld and grind and grand fabricated structures to meet structural requirements.
Fabricator Requirements:
- Welding experience.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Good attendance.
- Positive attitude.
- Must be able to pass client screening process.
