QPS Employment Group is Hiring an Equipment Operator Near Plover, WI
Wage: $17-$19/hour BOE
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-3pm; 10-12 hours per day from April through October, depending on weather, and roughly 40 hours per week during the winter months
We are seeking a motivated and self-reliant individual to join our client's team as a Farm Operator. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and build a career on a farm. This is a long-term position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Farm Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate up-to-date equipment, including large tractors and potato trucks
- Maintain and repair different types of equipment
Farm Operator Requirements:
- Self-motivated
- Able to work long hours, depending on weather
