Position Title : Electrical Assembler
Wage : $18-$20 / hour
Shift : 1st
Hours : 7am-3 : 30pm
QPS Employment Group is hiring an Electrical Assembler for a company in Germantown, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Electrical Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Build all electronic assemblies according to specification listed in drawings, instructions, and IPC 610
- Ensure documented procedures are followed and updated
- Comply with company and OSHA safety policies
Electrical Assembler Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background includes experience in electronic assembly or formal schooling
- Hand soldering skills
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Ability to read and write in the English language
- Solid oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency and understanding to interpret basic written technical information
- Perform assignments by established deadlines and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently or with other members of the manufacturing team
- Lift 40lbs
