QPS Employment Group is Hiring an Electrical assembler Near Germantown, WI

Position Title : Electrical Assembler

Wage : $18-$20 / hour

Shift : 1st

Hours : 7am-3 : 30pm

QPS Employment Group is hiring an Electrical Assembler for a company in Germantown, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Electrical Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Build all electronic assemblies according to specification listed in drawings, instructions, and IPC 610
  • Ensure documented procedures are followed and updated
  • Comply with company and OSHA safety policies

Electrical Assembler Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background includes experience in electronic assembly or formal schooling
  • Hand soldering skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and write in the English language
  • Solid oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency and understanding to interpret basic written technical information
  • Perform assignments by established deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently or with other members of the manufacturing team
  • Lift 40lbs
