Position Title : Customer Service Support Associate

Wage : $18.00 per hour

Shift : 1st

Hours : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

QPS Employment Group has a great Customer Service Support Associate opportunity available at a company in Quincy, IL. This position has the opportunity for hire.

• Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Enter incoming orders from laundries, medical, and disposable accounts into QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy in order details and pricing.
• Generate pick tickets for each order and acknowledge customer orders.
• Provide daily reports on incoming orders from major laundries.
• Process incoming orders from dental hygiene and assisting schools (seasonal).
• Maintain updated electronic and / or physical order files for medical, laundry, and disposable accounts.
• Organize files of silk screen and embroidery designs.

Customer Service Support Associate Requirements :

• Minimum of a 2-year associate degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication) with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, QuickBooks for order entry, and Outlook for emails.
