TheRevenue Operations System Manager Role

Qlik is seeking a dynamic and innovative Revenue Operations System Manager to lead the evolution and enhancement of our business systems utilized by the Finance and Sales organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective execution of our sales strategies and optimizing operational efficiency through technology The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of technical expertise, business acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving efficiency and innovation.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

  • Develop and manage the business vision for Revenue Operations systems, prioritizing enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive automation, acceleration, and continuous improvement of processes and tools.
  • Represent the Revenue Operation organization in system initiatives, including defining business requirements, scoping enhancements, conducting design reviews, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure successful rollout and adoption of new functionality by collaborating with various business and operations team.
  • Drive data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems and tools, including ERP, CRM, CPQ, License Management and other relevant applications.
  • Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools to support key business unit stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships to support the Revenue Operations strategy and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Perform system administration tasks to support the Revenue Operation organization's use of enterprise business systems such as NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, QlikSense, etc.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field; CPA a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in systems and business process operations, with a background in consulting.
  • Operations and/or administration experience with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, and other leading solutions; certifications with NetSuite and Salesforce are a plus.
  • Prior experience in the SaaS software industry, with exposure to Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Integration.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of quote to cash processes, with the ability to translate processes into business and technical requirements.
  • Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to new demands within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation abilities.
  • Change management experience, ensuring the adoption of critical initiatives and changes in business processes.
  • Proven ability to connect data from multiple sources, summarize insights, and suggest actionable next steps.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities within the technology industry, with the ability to integrate systems and processes efficiently.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $USD 125,000 – 140,000 per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
