Position Overview

QinetiQ is seeking a Project Coordinator/Purchasing Agent Specialist to provide technical support to join our growing S&T Team. In-depth knowledge will be key in helping our client evaluate, document, and improve current business processes and reporting.

Responsibilities
    Assist in the accepting and establishing new reimbursable agreements.
  • Assist in the closing out of reimbursable agreements
  • Assist in maintaining reimbursable agreements and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in the close-out of IAA's and Contract Actions.
  • Make necessary changes based on Contracting Officers' review comments.
  • Complete closeouts based on a prioritized closeout list provided by the Government.
  • Recover funds and redirect them to other prorates within S&T while analyzing supporting documentation to validate obligations.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • A BS/BA degree
  • Knowledge of DHS financial processes
  • Experience in preparing Interagency Agreement packages
  • Ability to receive and maintain DHS Suitability.

  • Leverage tools like Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make recommendations to support client decisions.
  • Support special projects on behalf of the client.
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop associated tools, templates and resources.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other job aids to assist internal staff and external stakeholders.
  • Support client through operational and administrative support in a wide array of projects, tasks and assignments.
  • Perform a wide variety of communications and project management duties. Assist the program management team with developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to assess overall program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist senior level management in strategic planning, providing advice and consultation on organizational transformation initiatives, mission-oriented business functions, and process improvement.
