Job Details :
- Pay : $18.00 per hour
- Bonus Potential : Up to $21,000 per year
- Status : Full-Time
- Market : Springfield, IL
- Hours : 45 scheduled hours per week

Areas of Responsibility :
- Ensure the highest level of customer service
- Assist the General Manager in creating a customer-friendly environment
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or inquiries
- Manage shifts with prioritization based on store needs and tasks as required
- Ensure conditions across the store exceed company standards
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, company policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Open availability to work opposite of store manager
- Reliable transportation in the form of a personal vehicle and a valid IL driver’s license
- Must be able to meet all physical requirements of the position including standing for long periods, lifting to 50 pounds, and working in varying weather conditions
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Natural leader, effective motivator, and communicator
