Pay: $18.00 per hour

Bonus Potential: Up to $21,000 per year

Status: Full Time

Market: Bloomington-Normal, IL

Hours: 45 scheduled hours per week

Areas of Responsibility:

• Ensure the highest level of customer service
• Assist the General Manager in creating a customer-friendly environment
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or inquiries
• Manage shifts with prioritization based upon store needs and tasks as required
• Ensure conditions across the store exceed company standards
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, company policies and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Open availability to work opposite of store manager
• Reliable transportation in the form of a personal vehicle and a valid IL driver’s license
• Must be able to meet all physical requirements of the position including standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying weather conditions
• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, food or fuel is required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Natural leader, effective motivator, and communicator
