Job Details
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Status: Full Time
Market: Springfield, IL
Hours: 45 scheduled hours per week

Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Assist the General Manager in creating a customer-friendly environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or inquiries.
- Manage shifts with prioritization based upon store needs and tasks as required.
- Ensure conditions across the store exceed company standards.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, company policies, and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Open availability to work opposite of store manager.
- Reliable transportation in the form of a personal vehicle and a valid IL driver’s license.
- Must be able to meet all physical requirements of the position including standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying weather conditions.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, food, or fuel is required .
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Natural leader, effective motivator, and communicator.
