QEP CO INC is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Dalton, GA
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the building and performing repairs as needed to keep the facility in good working order.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance on building systems.
- Inspecting the facility to determine maintenance needs.
- Repairing or replacing faulty equipment, fixtures, or building components.
- Troubleshooting issues and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Keeping accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Following safety protocols and ensuring compliance with building codes.
- Communicating effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance issues.
