Key Responsibilities :

• Train and develop team members during assigned shift
• Recognize and reward achievements of team members
• Assign job duties and set goals
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests
• Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries / practices
• Assist in inventory control
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
• Preform all duties of cook, cashier, and line server
