Job: Present a professional, positive, safety conscious, customeroriented attitude and provide the

highest level ofcustomer service at all times. Receive, unload, store and reload materials inan efficient and timely manner. Maintain and track inventory in the warehouseareas. Must be self-motivated and team oriented.

Operate a forklift accordingto safety guidelines established during training.

Criteria: Do not deviatefrom forklift operation procedures for any reason. These procedures are for thesafety of employees and customers.

Load customer vehiclesprofessionally and with care for the safety of the customer and their vehicle.Ensure all products are accurate and in good condition.

Criteria: Interact withcustomer in a professional manner; taking great care when loading products ontoor into customer’s vehicle to ensure customer is not at risk of injury or theirvehicle at risk of damage.

Unload and loadcommercial trucks with regard for the safety of co-workers products andvehicle. Package and label materials properly when preparing them for storage.

Criteria: Work carefullyand efficiently. Avoid risks to product and workers.

Maintain awareness ofsafety hazards in warehouse.

Criteria: Correct minorhazards such as binding loose product together or picking up strapping,wrapping, pallets, etc. Report hazards such as damaged racks or forkliftproblems to the supervisor immediately.

Work effectively withco-workers by accepting, completing and handing off tasks.

Criteria: Cooperate withco-workers when completing tasks. Provide assistance when appropriate or acceptassistance when it will help complete the task. Accept tasks from otherswhenever possible.

Demonstrate an abilityand willingness to work within a team environment.

Criteria: Strive to getalong well with co-workers on a daily basis and when called upon participate inspecial projects such as inventory.

Maintain Warehousestorage areas and Company equipment.

Criteria: Consistentlykeep all warehouse and storage areas clean, material stored in the appropriatemanner, drive forklifts carefully, put equipment away in good working orderwhen not utilizing it.

Prepare samples forsales account managers and customers.

Criteria: Cut samplesand create sample boards as requested. Cut samples and prepare as requested forsales and customers.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimumof one year relevant work experience in a fast paced environment.

Position Requirement: Ability to pass background check andrandom drug screens.

Pay Schedule: Competitive hourly wage based onexperience.
