We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in Pooler, GA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of workforce management solutions, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' workforce challenges and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate our suite of workforce management solutions to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
