JOB DESCRIPTION

QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice with clinics in across the US. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries and chronic joint pain, without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain meds! We specialize in joint pain treatment, hair regrowth, testosterone replacement therapy, and weight loss programs.

We are currently operating very successful clinics across the country and are now expanding our team in Utah! We are hiring for a part-time clinic manager in our Provo, Utah location. Typical in-clinic hours are from 7:30am - 6:00pm.

Compensation includes aggressive hourly pay along with the weekly flexibility of a part-time position.

We advertise heavily on local radio, TV, Google, and social media. All inbound leads will be prequalified by our national call center and then scheduled at our clinics. Patients are pre-screened and well prepared prior to their first consultation.

QUALIFICATIONS

As this is not an average front desk reception job, top notch patient service is a must! As the clinic manager, you will be the first person to greet and last person to dismiss a patient, and the experience must be amazing!

Computer skills are a must. Must be knowledgeable with payment processing, Saleforce, and Excel. (Training will be provided).

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $225-275 per day (DOE)

Schedule: Typically around 9-10 hour shift
