We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to act as Consultation Coordinator in our Beaumont, TX location. This position is a part-time, performance-based role and perfect for a highly qualified sales professional or retired veteran looking for additional income and competitive pay. Make full-time pay just 1 day in the office each week. The right candidate will make AT LEAST $85k per year, with the very real potential to hit a six-figure income while working only one clinic day per week!

The Consultation Coordinator must be a highly motivated, competitive individual that preferably has healthcare elective procedure experience in dealing with an out-of-pocket (no insurance) medical practice, Orthopedic medicine, Regenerative Medicine, and/or Sports medicine. Although, strong closers in other fields, as well as retired veterans, will be considered. We are looking for a skilled "deal closer" who can professionally and empathetically overcome objections and challenges from patients and articulate to the patient the benefits of our services.

They are expected to perform sales functions, meet with patients, and guide them in the treatment processes. Following up with patients on a regular basis to build and maintain relationships is a critical function of this medical center role, as well as ensuring excellent patient satisfaction.

Position will be part-time, working in clinic just one (1) day per week, combined with patient phone calls as needed to build and maintain client relationships. Perform occasional business development and sales efforts outside of clinic days as needed. We aim to see 5-16 patients per clinic day. A strong close rate is essential and will result in generating a significant income.

We will heavily advertise on local radio, TV, Google, and social media. The Consultation Coordinator will address all inbound leads that are prequalified by our call center which will schedule appointments at our clinics. In other words, your time won’t be wasted with random sales leads, and therefore we’ll be expecting a high close rate.

In addition to these, the Consultation Coordinator will address a list of warm leads and need to convert them into appointments. You will be responsible for closing the treatment plan recommended by the medical team. You will also be responsible for following up with patients throughout the treatment process, including post treatment.

Perform outreach and marketing activities for clinic/patient growth with other medical practices or businesses in the area (e.g. chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists or gyms) to develop organic leads for location.
