We are looking for an QA Test Lead (Ecommerce) to work remotely!
Test Lead for client's digital solutions.
Will be working in a hybrid Agile environment.
Leading on and offshore team members.
Manages testing activities of all testing resources and estimates the testing effort for projects
Develops and maintains the overall testing approach
Identifies and implements the appropriate testing tools for the project, including testing management, functional testing, and performance testing tools.
Manages the testing team development of the test conditions and test scripts
Assesses the progress and effectiveness of the testing effort
Tracks and reports status of the project and testing deliverables
Manages the root cause analysis of quality issues in testing projects
Leads test engineers in appropriate testing techniques
Manages the required test environment configurations and updates
Advocates the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of prioritized defects
Requirements
Test Lead experience - Must have experience with leading offshore and onshore testers, flexibility, adapt to changing priorities and environments
E-commerce experience
Experience with API testing, Jira
Ability to report out daily metrics and solve escalated issues
Excellent communication skills and be adaptable with changing needs of the projects
Work in Eastern Standard Time (EST)

A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $90,000 - $105,000
