The Containment Coordinator is a leadership position at Q2 Management. This role is integral to the operations of inspection activities at our Customer site. You will be responsible for continuity and clear communication between all SAP Specialists, Scrap Admins and VW. Maintaining all SOPs as the governing standards by which duties are performed and seeking continuous improvement within all activities bound to SAP. Most importantly, you will be responsible for monitoring stock on hand, triaging quality gate locations through on site operations leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising, training, and validating all SAP Specialists in all departments
- Interfacing with logistics and production to coordinate material flow
- Ensuring all materials follow the specified flow via the logic outlined in the QMS
- Ensuring proper tagging of rejected materials (NCD tags/ ILRs)
- Ensuring claims are completed in a timely manner
- Ensuring TILs for each BIN remain low, and escalate as needed to resolve
- Monitor and communicate on all buffers through use of Q2 tracking systems
- Triage and communicate Containment Activities based on Buffers vs. Suspect Stocks
- Fostering a caring and inclusive team environment
- Develop your team and identify new leadership talent
