Q, LLC Employment Opportunity : Production & Assembly Technician

Q, LLC is a privately owned company and a leader in modern firearms innovation and manufacturing based in New Hampshire.

With rapid growth and success, we are seeking to hire a highly motivated Production & Assembly Technician to join our team.

Position Summary :

The Production and Assembly Technician will play a crucial role in our Manufacturing team, contributing to the assembly and quality control process to ensure the shipment of only the highest quality products.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, fast learners, possess a good understanding of mechanical workings in a manufacturing environment, and are enthusiastic about firearms innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assemble Q products using established production methods.
  • Use hand tools and power tools accurately to assemble mechanical products.
  • Test fire products for function and accuracy in a rifle range environment, adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
  • Detect and report irregularities in materials, processes, equipment, or environment to the department supervisor.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
  • Observe company policies at all times.
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Adaptable to constantly changing methods and ability to work within deadlines.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES :

  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Familiarity with firearms is preferred.
