Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils - Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and courteous manner - Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities Skills: - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage presentation - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests - Proficient in time management to ensure efficient service during peak hours - Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Experience using POS systems for order processing and cash handling - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, coworkers, and management Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
