Module Repair
Reports to: Line Supervisor
Location: Dalton, GA
Classification: Hourly
SUMMARY
The module repair operator position is responsible for replacing any damaged cells to make sure that all products leaving the production floor are top quality products. Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards and maintaining attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure cleanliness of area.
Ensure repairs are done within a timely manner to drive production throughput.
Escalate quality issue trends to the line supervisor.
Repairs must meet quality standards with no defects post repair.
Flexible to assist in other areas as needed.
Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions.
Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous product repair experience and quality experience.
Previous wielding or soldering experience.
Ability to work in a faced pace environment.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
Able to cope with pressure and be a team player
Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift 50 pounds without restrictions
Able to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours
