Q-1 Services is a well-established and fast-growing commercial cleaning company that provides exceptional cleaning services in Anchorage, Alaska. We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking Crew Member to join our team.

As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the floors in our client's commercial buildings. Your duties will include:

• Operating and maintaining floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors.
• Performing a variety of floor care tasks, such as stripping and waxing floors, scrubbing and buffing, and shampooing carpets.
• Removing dirt, stains, and other debris from floors and carpets.
• Assisting with routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing floors, walls, and surfaces, when covering for absent janitors.
• Communicating with supervisors to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory of supplies.
• Complying with all safety and health regulations and guidelines.
