Pyramid is Hiring a Data Center Technician Near Colorado, CO

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Data Center Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring data center equipment and ensuring the overall functionality of the data center. **Duties:** - Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware including servers, storage devices, and networking equipment - Perform routine maintenance on data center equipment to ensure optimal performance - Troubleshoot hardware and network issues in a timely manner - Monitor data center operations and respond to alerts or alarms - Assist with cabling, fiber splicing, and other physical infrastructure tasks - Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs or replacements - Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records **Skills:** - Proficiency in working with Cisco routers and Ethernet technologies - Experience with fiber splicing and cabling in a data center environment - Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques - Familiarity with CCTV systems for monitoring purposes - Ability to use hand tools for equipment installation and maintenance - Understanding of electrical systems in a data center setting **Requirements:** - Previous experience working in a data center or similar environment is preferred - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Excellent communication skills If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for technology and a desire to work in a dynamic data center environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
