Responsibilities:

- Master the craft of eliciting and analyzing business and technical requirements, with a concentrated focus on ERP implementations, to develop impeccable technology solutions.

- Foster dynamic collaboration with internal and external development teams, leading the integration of advanced solutions in cloud, SaaS, or bespoke applications.

- Translate complex business needs into concise, actionable technical specifications and functional designs, with a particular emphasis on ERP projects.

- Serve as a key authority across diverse business functions, showcasing expertise in applications such as Greatplains, Power BI, and MS Project Online, particularly within ERP frameworks.

- Utilize seasoned project management skills to navigate project scopes, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, predominantly focusing on ERP initiatives.

- Excel in vendor management, handling technical escalations, and creating SOWs and RFPs, especially in the context of ERP.

Qualifications:

- At least 8 years of experience in a technical Business Analyst role, with a solid foundation in enterprise IT and substantial involvement in ERP implementations and supply chain projects.

- A Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CIS, Computer Science, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees.

- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a business analyst capacity within a software development setting.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and adeptness in a rapid release cycle environment.

- Strong expertise in Business Analyst methodologies and tools, particularly for ERP implementations.

- Experience with Netsuite and Dynamics365 is highly advantageous, with openness to niche-specific ERP systems like Mind & Body and Coreview.

- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or exposure to ITIL are desirable.
