High Focus Centers, formerly Onward Behavioral Health (OBH), are looking for Counselors to help provide quality care to our clients! We are looking for passionate and dedicated people who are looking to making a difference in people’s lives. OBH has an extensive history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment in eastern Pennsylvania. High Focus Centers is an invaluable resource to adults and teens suffering from substance use, mental health, and/or eating disorders.

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000/year (based on experience/credentials)

Shift: The schedule for this role could either be 1pm-9pm Monday through Friday or 11am-9pm Monday through Thursday

Scope of Position & Technical Competency:

• Responsible for facilitating Intensive Outpatient group therapy sessions, family support adjunctive services
• 6-8 Level of Care Assessments per week as determined by program needs, and according to program standards.
• Maintain one aftercare Outpatient therapy group for clients stepping down to lower levels of care, according to program needs.
• Initiates and develops treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff, according to program timelines.
• Maintains professional interpersonal communication with clients, referral sources and company representatives.
• Conducts insurance reviews including documentation.
• Collects client co-pays.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education/Experience:

• Master's Degree in Human Services or related field
