High Focus Centers in Radnor has an extensive history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment in southeastern Pennsylvania through its subsidiary programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. With comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, High Focus Centers are an invaluable resource to adults and teens suffering from substance use, mental health, and/or eating disorders. We are currently seeking a Counselor to support our clients. Scope of Position & Technical Competency -:
• Responsible for facilitating Intensive Outpatient or individual sessions and assessments as determined by and according to program standards.
• Prepares materials for facilitating sessions and or groups.
• Initiates and develops treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff.
• Communicates with referral sources and company representatives.
• Conducts insurance reviews including documentation.
• Collects client co-pays.
• Scheduled for 40 hours per week as needed by the program with a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education, Experience:
1) Current licensure in this Commonwealth- LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD OR PsyD or ability to obtain licensure or licensure supervision.
2) For IOP MH - A Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency,
psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services field) or other
related field.
