High Focus Centers, formerly Onward Behavioral Health in Exton has an extensive history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment in southeastern Pennsylvania. With comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, High Focus Centers are an invaluable resource to adults and teens suffering from substance use, mental health, and/or eating disorders. We are currently seeking a Counselor for our Intensive Outpatient program for Veterans and First Responders to support our clients. Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000/year (based on experience/credentials)

Scope of Position & Technical Competency -:
• Responsible for facilitating Intensive Outpatient or individual sessions and assessments as determined by and according to program standards.
• Initiates and develops treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff.
• Conducts insurance reviews including documentation.
• Collects client co-pays.
• Scheduled for 40 hours per week as needed by the program with a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education, Experience:

• Master's Degree in Human Services or related field
• Licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
