At Pyramid Healthcare in New River Valley we will be specializing in Substance Use Disorder treatment. We have been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Hourly Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: Full Time

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

• Explain and complete admission paperwork and Level of Care Assessments
• Update clinical log with appropriate contact/release of information records and provide documentation confirmations as needed
• Collaborate with Utilization Review and Nursing appropriately/as needed
• Complete precertification for all managed care clients.
• Track admission/continued stay/discharge PCPC timelines on all county funded and MCO clients
• Admission/continued stay/discharge on all adolescent clients ASAM
• Complete medical assistance application process with clients as needed
• Address and complete aftercare process/discharge summary with detox only clients.
• Other duties as assigned
