Pyramid Healthcare in York has an extensive history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment in southeastern Pennsylvania through its subsidiary programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. With comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, Pyramid Healthcare is an invaluable resource to adults and teens suffering from substance use, mental health, and/or eating disorders. We are currently seeking a Counselor to support our clients at York. Salary Range: starting at $50,000/year (based on experience/credentials)

Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Scope of Position:
 Prepares materials for facilitating sessions and or groups.
 Initiates and develops treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff.
 Communicates with referral sources and company representatives.
 Attends meetings regarding client’s progress.
 Conducts insurance reviews including documentation.
 Scheduled for 40 hours per week as needed by the program with a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week.
 Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education, Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services or related field
• A Master’s Degree in a Human Services or related field (preferred)
