High Focus Centers in Freehold is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. At High Focus Centers in Freehold we are currently seeking an Assessment Clinician to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals in facilitating initial level of care assessments and pre-authorizations for recommended services. Salary Range: $56,000-$60,000/year with supervision offered if desired!
Schedule: Day hours with one evening shift / week; hybrid schedule!
MUST HAVE: LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW/LMFT
Responsibilities:
- Conducts screenings and level of care assessments, using clinical knowledge and skill level.
- Facilitates appropriate admissions to all levels of care
- Makes appropriate referrals to community providers
- Completes assessment, admission and other paperwork for clients to start treatment in a timely manner
- Manage admission pre-certification with funding sources.
- Expected to provide coverage for other clinical team members
- Other duties as assigned
