Pyramid Healthcare is Hiring a Clinical Director Near Asheville, NC

Real Recovery is seeking a Clinical Director to join their amazing team in Asheville NC!

Candidates must have a Masters Degree from an accredited college as well as a professional counseling license in NC. (LCSW, LCMHC, LPC, LMFT)

Salary Range is $60k - $70k annually 

The Clinical Director oversees all clinical services and is responsible for adherence to clinical standards and compliance expectations in collaboration with program and corporate leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for oversight of all clinical services in the program including assessment and intake processes, group facilitation, family therapy services and programming, individual therapy, aftercare planning, crisis stabilization, and utilization review.
• Provides clinical supervision and training for all clinical staff with structured onboarding processes, consistent supervision meetings, treatment team facilitation, and support staff training and guidance with appropriate documentation and tracking of all oversight activities.
• Collaborates with program and corporate leadership to develop annual clinical strategic plans for consistent refinement of clinical services.
• Participate in operational and clinical review to address documentation, EMR, billing, sales/ marketing issues
• Responsible for client engagement and outcome measure completion as defined by facility standards
• Responsible for addressing any other pertinent issue or barriers in clinical engagement and overall effectiveness of the program and implementing initiatives for improvement
• Oversees clinical development through structured trainings in collaboration with Divisional Clinical Leadership in accordance with program and regional clinical philosophy and program specific clinical strategic plan. This includes ongoing development of clinical curriculum
• Participates in marketing meetings
• Manages on call clinical needs and provides crisis stabilization when needed.
• Responsible for compliance with federal, state, and accreditation laws/regulations and represents program in internal and external audits

Supervise all clinical staff

Required Qualifications
Licensure, Education, & Experience
• Minimum requirement Master’s Degree and licensure in Professional Counseling or Social Work related incurrent state of residence.• 3-5 years’ experience in a related position a similar healthcare setting.• Experience in Utilization Review, preferably in dealing with PPO and all out of network policies.
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment
