Key Responsibilities : Guest Interaction : Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service.

Order Accuracy : Take and confirm orders, ensuring all special requests are fulfilled accurately. Presentation : Set up and serve orders in an appealing and professional manner.

Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.

Cleanliness and Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including trays, trolleys, and room service stations.

Collaboration : Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction.

Record Keeping : Handle billing and payments accurately, keeping detailed records of all transactions. The compensation for this position is $16.

28 / hour. Qualifications What We Need From You : Experience : Previous room service or serving experience preferred. Hotel food & beverage experience is a plus.

Communication Skills : Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English. Customer Service : Strong service-oriented style with professional presentation skills.

Interpersonal Skills : Ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds. Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Team Player : Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Adaptability : Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain calm during busy periods.

Preferred Qualifications : Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Additional Languages : Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
