Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused leader to join our team as Beach Attendant. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, is open to learning and responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team.

This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well-organized environment.

They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests. They will maintain an energetic presence.

Minimum Requirements : 1 year of outdoor job related or hospitality experience preferred Ability to work weekends and holidays with a varied schedule Ability to communicate with our guests in a clear and professional manner, speak and read fluently in English Must have a valid driver license with clean driving record CPR / AED and First Aid certifications preferred.

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with speed and accuracy. Ability to work well in fast-paced and high-pressure environments Ability to be a team player and take initiative to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements : Must be able to stand / walk / step for extended periods of time in an outdoor environment Work in different environmental working conditions (e.

g. heat, cold, wind, rain, humidity). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Work in various positions including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time Ability to swim Pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks while following appropriate safety procedures.
