Overview

Game Changer Assistant General Manager/Sales

  • Prospect and respond to new qualifying business on a daily / weekly basis via voice and email
  • Prospect, maintain, independently solicit, book, and plan events
  • Respond to and plan business booked by the Legacy Lodge Sales Team
  • Develop, create, and maintain customer relationships to improve market share
  • Identify and solicit prospective group business
  • Maintain product knowledge
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant in collaboration with the Restaurant General Manager, including coverage for days off, supervision of the FoH staff, daily standup meetings, inventories, payroll, and scheduling
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Train new and existing employees on proper customer service practices
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
