Pay Range: $50 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality page authoring under the direction of the UX Design Director and Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM) UX Manager.
• Create and prepare digital assets for page authoring.
• Adherence to our design standards and brand guidelines.
• Should have a bold vision for excellence in web design and will work closely with designers, content management, technology, marketing, and LOB leaders to create a unified, customer-driven design direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solutions-oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditions.
• Partner across related disciplines including, usability, design, content management, and web development to meet the objectives of every business engagement.
• Strong competency in responsive and adaptive strategies for web design.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience as a designer / AEM author at an agency, retail or financial services institution, or large e-commerce site.
• Advanced experience in Adobe Experience Manager is required.
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch App.
• Best-practices knowledge of W3C and other web design standards.
• Demonstrated understanding of usability/user-centered design, UX methodology, interactive design principles, and corporate branding.
• Must be highly innovative and inspire commitment to a higher standard.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be solutions-oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditions.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
