Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with UX designers, Digital Product Managers, business units, enterprise stakeholders.
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex stories in a simple way.
• Strong preference for Property and Casualty insurance experience, particularly Claims.
• In addition, experience in partnering with UX Design and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will set a candidate apart.
• Candidates may be asked to produce portfolio examples, as well as a writing sample.
• Develop concepts and write copy for a wide range of projects. Consult with sales and marketing representatives to obtain information on product or service and obtain requirements including style and length of copy.
• Edit or rewrite the copy as necessary.
• Prepare articles, bulletins, marketing and promotional material.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate creativity ads and the ability to vary the language and tone of messages based on product and medium.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Working with design people to create design content.
• 3-5 years of writing experience.
• Writing samples will be required or Work Portfolio.
• Team of 7-8 content creators.
• Interface/collaborate with other teams as well.
• Strong preference for Property and Casualty insurance experience, particularly Claims. (experience with underwriting and billing would also work in the same space).
• In addition, experience in partnering with UX Design and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will set the candidate apart.
• UX Content Writer 3-5 years.
• Digital Experience 5 years.
• Property and Casualty 3-5 years.
• Figma, Mural, Content Management Systems.
• Will collaborate with UX Design and Chief Design Office using Figma or Mural.
• Candidate may not have immediate access to Figma but should be proficient in working with the tool.
