Pay Range: $17-$19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains statutory deposits for the enterprise including list of maturing deposits, adding new deposits for shortages as well as paying all associated fees.
• Supports the mergers and acquisitions process to determine acquired companies' deposit and banking requirements.
• Supports manager in credit compliance. Audits schedule details and compiles information for bank links. Reviews banking and investment agreements and treasury related forms to ensure compliance in partnership with the Office of General Counsel.
• Maintains the enterprise debt schedule. Assures that letters are sent to the Ohio Department of Insurance for approval of interest payments
• Supports the integration of merger companies into banking services, including statutory deposits, bank accounts needed and various processes of the new company.
• Maintains all records for internal borrowings between subsidiaries.
• Maintains all records for the enterprise vault. Performs quarterly audits and works with Investment Accounting to maintain correct record.
• Coordinates maintenance of bank documentation files and coordinates changes in wire transfer authorizations and signatures.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• .Education: Undergraduate studies in accounting or finance; degree preferred
• Experience: Five years related experience in a treasury or banking role.Knowledge:
• GAAP accounting principles, treasury functions, banking relationships and company organizational structure.Skills/Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for contact with internal management, banks, and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to operate a personal computer and related business and treasury software.
• Ability to make logical decisions, solve treasury processing problems, and analyze various treasury processes.
