Pay Range: $28 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute toy packaging concepts which include line looks, logos, basic structural studies, etc. using standard industry computer graphics software.
• Collaborate with full brand creative team along with cross-functional team members to effectively sell products and showcase key features both on packaging and ecommerce assets.
• Drive and art direct photoshoot for packaging and ecomm asset.
• Participate and contribute to brainstorm sessions and consistently use sense of creativity, foresight, and good design judgement in developing and applying marketplace trends (e.g. competitive graphics, styles, fashion, lifestyles, etc.)
• Utilize internal resources and time management skills to independently manage projects, achieve individual project milestones, and provide support for presentation, trade show and other packaging comp needs.
• Currently the role will require the ability to work remotely as well as come into the office as needed (~1-3 days a week). It will involve connecting, communication, presenting, and art directing both in person and remotely.
• Under the direction of the Packaging Lead, you will contribute to the overall creation and implementation of package designs that translate the Play-Doh message and product.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Required keywords; (UX or Graphic) and designer and (product or design or designing) and portfolio and ( Mock up or Mockup or Mock-up or layout or packaging or Package.
• 1-5 years experience
• Package Concept Layout Ideation
• Photoshoot Direction
• Package Comps Mock Ups (digital physical)
• Presentation Skills (both unperson and remote)
• Portfolio
