Immediate need for a talented MR Customer Visit Coordinator (Part-time). This is a 18 months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Waukesha, WI (Onsite).

Pay Range : $25 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities :

• Note : Professional presentation is very important here as you will be working directly with client Management and Customers.
• Manage intake of new requests for on-site visits from new and potential client MR customers, timely processing of requests and proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Schedule, attend and manage conference calls with stakeholders to collect the information necessary to schedule the on-site visit to Waukesha Wisconsin.
• Review requested visit details with internal stakeholders to determine if visit, as requested, can be accommodated, or if modifications are required.
• Position duties may include, as time permits, preparation of printed agendas, reservations of conference rooms, and catering orders.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Microsoft Outlook (highly proficient)
• Salesforce.com CRM platform (basic understanding)
• Microsoft Word (proficient)
• Strong, excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
