Our client, a specialty retailer, is hiring a temporary Merchandising Operations Specialist to join their team in Plantation on a hybrid schedule (2-3 times a week in office). This is a temporary position that will start immediately and continue for three months with the possibility to extend based on performance and the needs of the business.
Job Duties Include:

• Manage and answer direct vendor requests through CRM
• Process the setup of new vendors and promotions through validation of data
• Create and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures for internal processes
• Communicate with stakeholders and proactively drive resolutions to issues and escalations
• Monitor KPIs and queue status through existing reporting dashboard, Excel, and other data tools
• Identify and participate in process improvement projects as they arise
• Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related degree
• 1 years of related work experience and demonstrated track record of innovation and impact
• Results oriented mindset
• Experience using dashboards to monitor KPIs and perform root cause analysis on KPI misses
• Proficient Excel and MS Office skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Software Quality Processes and Atlassian Tools such as (Confluence, JIRA, etc.) a plus
• Prior experience SQL a plus
• eCommerce or merchandising background a plus

Salary: $20/hr
