Our client, a beauty brand, is hiring a Sales Digital Coordinator to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule.
Job Duties Include:

• Submit eComm product listing in retailer portals
• Submit product web contents and images to retailers
• Ensure assortment is listed online with correct details including ingredients, pictures, etc.
• Review eComm listings and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and manage relationships with account content managers
• Develop and implement automated trackers
• Identify portfolio/product improvements to increase sell through and customer experience
• Distribute sample/gratis programs and reviews
• Distribute agendas, recaps, and reminders for weekly status meetings
• Maintain trackers for online and instore promotional offers
• Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, digital marketing, or other relevant fields preferred
• Experience in beauty or CPG industry with retailer eCommerce experience
• Proficient in all of Microsoft Office/Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong follow up skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Canadian French is a plus

Salary: $60k - $65k annually
