TheRole andResponsibilities :

• Sourceand supply manufacturer vehicle parts efficiently for customers andworkshop vehicles meeting agreed sales volumetargets.
• Receiverecord and bin parts and consumables from manufacturer and othersuppliers ensuring accuracy of stock deliveries against agreedorders.
• Identifylocate invoice and issue parts and consumables to customers andother departments using the computersystem.
• Proactivelysourceparts.
• Supplyaccurate and detailed parts quotations to internal departmentsretail and tradecustomers.
• Administerparts invoices ensuring invoiced items are allocatedcorrectly.
• Manageand control all parts administrationrequirements.
• AlwaysMaintain relevant systems ensuringaccuracy.
• Maintainsafe working practices and abide by the working rules and standardsof thebusiness.

• Proofof Right to Work in theUK.
• Relevantmanufacturerexperience.
• Smartappearance.
• Competencyin numeracy literacy andIT.
• Understandingof basic vehicle design function and location ofparts.
• Relevantproductknowledge.
• Supportsothers to continuously improve performance. Seeks feedback on ownperformance takes responsibility for owndevelopment.
• Understandsthe drivers of business performance and uses them to optimisecommercialopportunities.
• Plansand manages processes resources workflowsefficiently.
